Include the conversion direction, a short non-confidential sample, expected result, actual result, and the font used in the destination application. For Office issues, identify DOCX or XLSX and whether the text was split across styled runs or cells.

Include the page URL, browser and operating-system versions, viewport or device, the action taken, and any visible error. Describe keyboard, screen-reader, contrast, focus, or mobile-layout problems precisely.

Do not attach confidential documents, credentials, exploit payloads, or personal records. Describe the affected endpoint and reproducible behavior in plain text. Do not test production security beyond what you are authorized to access.

Do not email original government records, unpublished manuscripts, customer spreadsheets, passwords, identity documents, or any file you are not permitted to share. A minimal redacted sample is normally more useful and safer.
